Minimum 2 week booking either side of the Xmas week

31 Mar - 12 April: R5000 per day
Minimum 4 night booking

Rest of the year: R3200 per day
Minimum 2 night booking

Maximum no of guests permitted is 10
One daily domestic helper is included in the fee, however if more than six people occupy the house, then an additional domestic helper is compulsory at R200 per day
A security/breakage deposit of R2000 is required and refunded 10 days after departure
A R500 cleaning fee is required for bookings of less than 3 nights
