Lato Nord is a newly built North facing four bedroom home with greenbelt and lagoon views. Tucked into the greenbelt, Lato Nord is sheltered from the prevailing winds which means you can open the large bi folding doors of the open plan living area onto a large braai area and patio, making the house an entertainers dream.

The sun streams into the living area, making the house warm even on the coldest days. The beach is a short stroll down the hill.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a double electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge has a Smart TV with uncapped WiFi and there is secure onsite parking with double garage available.

Lato Nord has four large bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The two master bedrooms are ensuite with ample cupboard space. One of the Master bedrooms has a balcony with bi folding doors to take in the gorgeous green belt views. All the rooms have large windows allowing beautiful views.

Lato Nord is not wheelchair accessible unfortunately, but children and pets are welcome. Bring your own beach towels. There is a safe in the house to store any valuables.
